Quality Management
Waskönig-Krämer GmbH is a performant medium-sized company. As a supplier for the automotive industry and other quality sensitive industries Waskönig-Krämer GmbH has introduced a universal and continuous qualtiy policy in order to secure and improve the internal standards permanently.
In order to realise this policy we have introduced a quality management system, that controls and evaluates all products and processes in the company and takes care of all necessary corrections and adjustments.
Waskönig-Krämer GmbH has got a performant network of suppliers, which is also controlled by the quality management system. Suppliers must either go through their own certification process or accept the integration of their processes into Waskönig-Krämer’s quality management in order to secure the quality of our complete production cycles.
The quality management system has been introduced on the base of ISO/TS 16949-2002. The company has alreday been audited by an appraiser authorised by DQS (independent German quality system).
Customer orientation is the most important criterion for applying and measuring our quality management system. The system supports our efforts to fulfil customer requirements exactly respecting legal regulations and to deliver in time and in compliance with the individual agreements. It encourages all employees involved in the sales and production process to treat our customers flexibly and courteously.
